Job Description:
As a Senior Medical Officer in Pediatrics at KCIH, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to pediatric patients. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating pediatric illnesses, overseeing patient care, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our pediatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- – Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, from common illnesses to complex medical issues.
- – Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- – Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
- – Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- – Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- – Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.
- – Participate in hospital committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
– MCPS, FCPS, or MD with specialized training in Pediatrics.
– Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan.
